OmniCall · Last updated: October 3, 2026

OmniCall is a product of Axentra Solutions ("Axentra", "we"), the party responsible for the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.

1. Data controller and contact

Axentra Solutions, operating www.axentrasolutions.com. For anything related to this notice or your personal data, write to privacidad@axentrasolutions.com.

2. Data we collect on this site

We only collect the data you provide when requesting a pilot:

Our servers also log minimal technical data (such as IP address) for security and operation. To display the site, your browser downloads typefaces from Google Fonts; as with any web request, those providers receive your IP address. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes — necessary for the relationship you request:

Secondary purposes — sending you information about our products, news or events. You may opt out at any time by writing to privacidad@axentrasolutions.com; opting out will not affect how we handle your request.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us operate (web hosting, email and customer management), who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and with competent authorities when required by law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it and object to its processing (the "ARCO" rights under Mexican law), as well as to withdraw your consent and to limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise them, email privacidad@axentrasolutions.com with your full name, the right you wish to exercise and how you would like us to respond. We will reply within the timeframes set by law. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the competent data protection authority.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and we apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it, including encryption of data in transit.

7. Data processed with OmniCall on behalf of our clients

OmniCall processes the audio, transcripts and data of emergency calls on behalf of the answering center (911, C5 or whichever authority operates the line), which is the controller of that information. Axentra acts as a data processor: it processes that data only to deliver the contracted service, following the authority's instructions, the contract and applicable law, and does not use it to train models for other clients. If you called an emergency line, please consult the privacy notice of the authority that operates it.

This notice covers only the data collected through this website.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.
